Territorial Marketing

 

SIPRO has carried out this initiative in the framework of the integrated plan for the “Marketing of productive investments and economic promotion”. It has been developed on the Ferrara Provincial Authority’s demand and it has been funded under the Emilia Romagna Region Objective 2 Funds.

SIPRO Agenzia per lo sviluppo – Ferrara has designed and developed the “investinferrara” brand, which is aimed at the promotion of settlement opportunities within the Province of Ferrara.

“investinferrara” is a brand that has been designed for the promotion of settlement opportunities within the Province of Ferrara; it is intended as a unique, effective and visible product also outside the provincial borders, in spite of its specificities and peculiarities.

This brand has been designed by SIPRO in agreement with all the other economic and institutional partners, and above all with the Provincial Authority of Ferrara, to convey the idea of a shared vision of the local territory and of its strengths to the outside world.

Thus, Ferrara shall be recognized nationally and internationally thanks to its two main features: on the one hand, its tourist and environmental resources, which are promoted through the “land and water” brand and, on the other hand, the quality of a territory where viable premium quality productive investments can be made through the “investinferrara” brand.

The main resources, which are made available for investors through the “investinferrara” project, can be summarized in terms of a settlement package developed by SIPRO, in liaison with the other local stakeholders.
A paper and digital database has been set up including the publicly owned manufacturing areas located within the Ferrara territory, containing data concerning available areas, access to the infrastructure utilities network, accessible also through the www.investinferrara.it web site.
In addition to this first product, further several promotional tools have been developed, such as an investor kit, including a set of in-depth cards concerning the available manufacturing areas, investment incentives and advanced services (research laboratories, University laboratories, the international partners network to initiate business partnerships, the one-stop-shop network, etc…).
The main characteristic of this latter tool is its high flexibility: it can thus be used for specific targeted purposes or in a modular way according to the various needs.

“investinferrara” also includes a whole range of targeted promotional activities, such as a set of meetings with national and international partners to illustrate and promote business opportunities within the Ferrara territory.
