To verify the work progress of the 2001 Programme Agreement for the regeneration of the Chemical Pole of Ferrara and assess the scenarios for the implementation of the Agreement in the framework of the whole regeneration process of the Chemical Pole of Ferrara .

The technical support provided by SIPRO to the Municipality of Ferrara concerns three main lines of action:

a) co-operation with the Provincial Observatory on Chemistry for the “Analysis and outlining of a comprehensive picture on the state of the art for the implementation of the agreement”, with special reference to industrial and environmental aspects”.

b) Assessment of action opportunities connected to local and sector-specific policies at the regional and national level.

c) Assistance and support to the Municipal Authority for the implementation of operational actions based on the scenarios resulting from the regulatory changes and restructuring of the enterprises joining the agreement.
