Provincial Incubator Network
SIPRO manages a business incubator network within the Province of Ferrara. Incubators are set up thanks to the Objective 2 structural funds, the Emilia Romagna Regional, Municipal, Provincial and SIPRO funds. They are located within the Objective 2 areas of Ferrara, Copparo, Ro di Ferrara and Ostellato, for a total surface of 6,000 square metres.

Facilities are designed for start-up enterprises, for business and academic spin-offs, with a special attention to business activities initiated by young people (under 35) or to innovative high-tech companies.
In order to access incubators, new enterprises must apply for it through tenders.
There are three types of incubators:

· High-tech laboratories
· Industrial laboratories
· Business laboratories

A total number of 33 modules are available for the settlement of new enterprises.
