F.R.I.S.		SIPRO intends to facilitate access to credit for the local small and medium-sized enterprises in collaboration with Credit Institutions and Local Authorities. Thanks to the EIB (European Investment Bank) funds that are made available by the Provincial Authority of Ferrara, SIPRO has set up the so-called F.R.I.S. Fund (Revolving Fund for Innovation and Development) to support SMEs’ innovative investments.

Incentives and allowances Data Base		SIPRO assists enterprises in providing them with accurate information about available Community, national, regional and local funds and subsidies. It identifies the best funding channel to support initiatives put forward by enterprises through an accurate investment plan assessment. It takes action in three steps: assessment of the compliance of the project idea with funding opportunities drafting of the project proposal dissemination of information about Community, national and regional policies, programmes and funds.
