SIPRO is endowed with a fully paid-up share capital amounting to 5,697,614.80 Euros.

Over the past decade, SIPRO has invested locally, thus developing infrastructures designed to support the local manufacturing system, up to a total amount of 22,226,389 Euros

SIPRO has also managed intangible actions to support the development of local SMEs. Since 1997, SIPRO has managed projects totalling 3,992,000 Euros, out of which 2,092,000 Euros coming from public sources, mainly from the European Union (Objective 2, Interreg IIIC, CIP Equal).

Over the past decade, 126 enterprises have settled down within SIPRO equipped areas, thanks to investment support and coaching actions:

During the same period, thanks to the settlement of these enterprises, 1,500 new jobs have been created in the Province of Ferrara, thus bringing the number of jobs created in the course of the previous years to a total of approximately 4,000 jobs.
If a comparison is made between the amount of investments and the number of employees, it becomes clear that the creation of each new job has required an average investment of approximately 15,000 Euros.

Since 1993, SIPRO has equipped and sold about 840,000 square metres of industrial areas. At present a surface of 370,000 square metres has been fully equipped and is immediately available.

SIPRO directly assists the provincial enterprises by providing them with guidance services and helping them find public incentives to support manufacturing-oriented investments. Since the year 2000, about 750 enterprises have addressed themselves to SIPRO to obtain information, materials and forms.
